Welcome to the School Calendar Assistant! We’re here to help families coordinate their busy lives, be better organised and less stressed in managing school events and tasks. To provide the best service, we may need to collect some personal information about you to provide our School Calendar Assistant Application (App) to you.

However, the cloud service providers we engage to provide us Australian-based servers may operate overseas disaster recovery sites or have personnel overseas who may access the personal information we hold to assist us in managing our servers.

We are committed to ensuring that the personal information we collect is safe and take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is secure and protected from misuse or unauthorised access.

We store the data that we collect with Amazon Web Services on-shore in Australia and use information technology systems that are password protected and utilise a range of administrative and technical measures to protect these systems, such as multi-factor authentication. However, although we take these measures to protect against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
